  • Full-time A premier senior living community is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee all dining operations at a well-established residential community in Mechanicsburg, PA .
This leadership role oversees multiple dining venues and service programs supporting a vibrant resident population, ensuring exceptional hospitality, culinary quality, and operational performance across the entire dining program. The Director of Dining Services will serve as the senior operational leader for the dining department, directing daily operations while fostering a culture centered on resident satisfaction, quality service, and team development. This role partners closely with community leadership, residents, and families to deliver an elevated dining experience that promotes choice, dignity, and independence. Position Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, contract dining, healthcare dining, or senior living environments. Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in contract food service management. Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience at a CCRC or Life Plan Community providing a continuum of care service. Strong background managing high-volume dining operations with full P&L responsibility. Proven ability to lead and develop culinary, service, and management teams. Experience maintaining strong client or resident relationships in hospitality-driven environments. Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to service excellence and quality standards. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and cost control. Professional, approachable leadership style with excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all dining operations within the community, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality standards. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to managers, culinary teams, and service staff. Maintain full financial oversight of the dining program, including budgeting, purchasing, and labor management. Collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality meals while ensuring proper food safety, presentation, and service standards. Serve as the primary liaison between dining services, community leadership, residents, and families. Drive resident satisfaction by promoting hospitality, choice, and an engaging dining experience. Oversee catering and special events within the community. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Compensation Package Details Annual Salary:
$110,000
  • $128,000
