Job Title:
Dining Room Supervisor Position Summary:
The Dining Room Supervisor plays a key role in leading and mentoring the dining team to deliver high-quality service and an outstanding dining experience for our residents. This position is responsible for training and supporting staff, ensuring that dining rooms are prepared to meet our high standards, and overseeing meal service to ensure exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the dining team to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to community standards. Assign and oversee opening and closing tasks to maintain a well-organized dining environment. Ensure dining rooms are set up and maintained to meet established quality and presentation standards. Monitor meal service to ensure residents' needs are met with the highest level of care and professionalism. Provide real-time coaching and support to staff during service hours. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and management. Assist with scheduling, staff evaluations, and addressing performance concerns. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the dining areas. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dining Services Manager.
