Edenbrook of Greenwood Hill is currently seeking a dedicated Part-time RN Supervisor to join our exceptional team.
Available shifts include:
11:00 PM - 7:00
AM Position:
RN Supervisor (Part-time) As the RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines. Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights. Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Collaborate as a key member of the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.
Education and Experience:
Active nursing licensure is required. Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program. A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred. Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid. Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment. Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
