Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures and maintain strict adherence to health regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize costs Plan menus in collaboration with culinary teams, incorporating dietary requirements and customer preferences Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met Monitor food production processes, ensuring consistency, portion control, and presentation excellence Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and support team development through coaching and training Experience Proven supervisory experience in a culinary or kitchen management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive banquet experience and catering background preferred Strong background in food industry standards including food handling, safety sanitizing procedures, and inventory management Demonstrated leadership in managing teams as a chef or kitchen manager with excellent communication skills Experience with fine dining service, menu planning, and cost control strategies Knowledge of kitchen management systems and food service operations across various hospitality environments Familiarity with dietary department practices and maintaining high standards of food safety sanitation Join us as a Kitchen Lead to inspire your team, elevate our culinary offerings, and deliver memorable dining experiences!
