As a Night Warehouse Supervisor, you will help lead overnight warehouse operations by guiding associates, supporting workflow execution, and ensuring the shift runs safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role has a direct impact on team performance, inventory integrity, and the overall reliability of warehouse and distribution activity, while serving as an important link between frontline operations and warehouse management. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures. Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex problems to warehouse management. Enforce OSHA and food safety standards, conduct safety checks, and participate in audits. Track team productivity and accuracy KPIs and communicate shift performance and operational issues to management. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a warehouse supervisory role. Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices. Proficient in English. Able to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs. Eligible to work in the United States. Available to work Sunday night through Thursday night and remain on shift until night work is completed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in foodservice warehouse operations. Associate degree. Experience using RF scanners.
