The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As one of our Team Members, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards, and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Duties Oversee daily kitchen and restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service. Manage staff by providing guidance, training, and support to team members. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members to build a strong team. Help with budgeting and inventory management to optimize operational costs. Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and reporting. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during shifts. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Experience Previous experience in a leadership role within the kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Proven ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of service. Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management in the food industry. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
