We're hiring a Full-Time Shift Supervisor to join our team and assist with the operation of our Bruster's Ice Cream location in Tega Cay, South Carolina! We are looking for responsible, hardworking, positive people who enjoy giving their best to enhance the customer's experience. We will teach you everything you need to know. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee Front of the Store
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction - served in appropriate time using proper customer service skills
• Product Quality Checks - check procedures/weights/sizes of products
• Manage closing of the store when scheduled
• Oversee Back of the Store
• Open store when scheduled
• Manage and control inventory and production
• Ensure product is properly stocked throughout the store
• Produce ice cream, sherbet, and ice when scheduled.
• Possess knowledge of building & equipment
• Possess cake & pie know-how
• Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed
• The Crew Leader will also provide leadership to staff on a frequent basis. Requirements
• Food service background preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Previous leadership experience a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible schedule
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
