1 Food and Beverage Director Job Description The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations of a company or organization. This includes managing staff, creating menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures. Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling. Create menus and ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards. Order supplies and manage inventory. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote food and beverage offerings. Develop and manage budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
