Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Kitchen Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, particularly in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Responsibilities Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, customer service, and operational procedures. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Collaborate with management to develop menu items that meet customer preferences and seasonal trends. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and tracking sales. Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained properly and report any issues promptly. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or kitchen management within the food industry. Background in supervising staff in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems used in quick service fast food restaurants. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
