Job Description
Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon Surf Shop Barefoot Landing is currently seeking a full time Shift Supervisor! This role works front line sales setting the example for our team displaying good salesmanship and positive customer interactions, helps manage the sales floor, back of house functions and acts as fill in store management. This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and leadership skills. A positive and professional demeanor is required. Must have 1 year of retail supervisor experience to be considered. This position is a 40 hour a week schedule with 2 consecutive days off.
