Evening Shift Supervisor - Commercial Cleaning $18.50/hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Rapid City, SD Lead the Evening Crew. Keep Operations Running Smooth. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on leader to supervise our evening commercial cleaning operations in Rapid City. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, solving problems in real time, and making sure the work gets done right every night. What We Offer $18.50 per hour starting pay $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates Paid Time Off Consistent full-time evening schedule Supportive team and stable work environment Your Schedule Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - approximately Midnight Rotating weekend on-call support What You'll Do Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple commercial sites during the evening shift Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet quality and safety standards Make sure all cleaning protocols are followed (including food-safe practices when required) Handle client requests and concerns quickly and professionally Monitor daily performance and help improve efficiency Lead by example and keep the team on track throughout the shift What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or team lead experience (janitorial or facilities experience is a big plus) Valid driver's license (minor moving violations okay) Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure Dependable, hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in and help when needed Job Details Full-time |
