Job Description

Restaurant Supervisor Job Summary Cambria Hotel of Rapid City - is seeking a professional and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and support an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role is responsible for staff scheduling, service standards, side work assignments, inventory management, guest satisfaction, and team development. The Restaurant Supervisor provides leadership and direction to restaurant associates, ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations, including servers and service staff.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Maintain service, cleanliness, and food quality standards.
  • Conduct liquor inventory and assist with inventory control.
  • Coordinate catering and banquet functions with the sales team.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant associates.
  • Communicate performance expectations and enforce company policies.
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and personnel matters.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and security requirements.
  • Attend required meetings and support overall restaurant operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant and/or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional Information Candidates offered employment must successfully complete a background check. What We Offer
Pay:
$16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
