Perform all duties of In-shoppers and drivers. Learn to effectively manage a staff of 2-10 employees. Assign, oversee and evaluate employee work and solve employee issues. Provide on the job training for new employees. Assist in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of food. Forecasting sales and food items. Responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and paper supplies for unit to ensure minimum loss.
