As a Whitecap Car Wash Shift Supervisor, you will encourage a positive environment for your team and customers. You will assist the Site Manager in daily operations to ensure you are running successfully and efficiently. You will have a strong focus on preventative maintenance inside and outside of the car wash tunnel. Your responsibilities will include ensuring maintenance plans are completed with punctuality, along with training team members on maintenance best practices. A typical day would consist of opening and/or closing the car wash facility, managing team members during a shift, guiding customers into the tunnel, prepping customer vehicles, cleaning the lot, and ensuring a tidy office is maintained for all employees and guests.Primary Duties:
- Ensure car wash equipment is functioning properly and is maintained/serviced according to industry best practices
- Notify management if you find broken or damaged equipment
- Develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing related issues
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly checklists and reporting
- Enforce company policies correctly and consistently
- Ensure all areas of the property, including equipment, are clean and functioning properly
- Train and develop employees on preventative maintenance routines and schedules
- Lead the team by provide an exceptional customer experience for every guest, everyday
Job Requirements:
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment as needed
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outside and stand for long periods of time
- Regular physical mobility including, reaching, grabbing and lifting
- Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds unassisted

- Hourly Rate Range $14.00 - $16.00 plus (based on experience)
