Job Description
Event Planning & Office Support Meet with prospective and existing clients to plan weddings, banquets, golf tournaments, meetings, and social events. Prepare banquet event orders, contracts, timelines, and event details. Communicate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure every event is properly planned. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain organized event files and calendars. Event Leadership Serve as the on-site team leader during events. Coordinate banquet staff and oversee event execution. Confirm that rooms are set correctly and service runs smoothly. Resolve issues quickly and professionally. Help create memorable experiences for our members and guests. The Ideal Candidate Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service. Is organized and able to manage multiple events and priorities. Communicates professionally and confidently. Has basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email. Is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Has hospitality, banquet, or event experience; however, we are willing to train the right person. Compensation & Opportunity Estimated annual earnings of $40,000-$45,000 , based on experience and event volume. Compensation includes hourly pay plus participation in the event gratuity pool.
