Warehouse Supervisor - 3rd Shift $60,000/Year + Quarterly Bonus | Bilingual We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 20-30 person team on our 3rd shift. If you have 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience , strong safety leadership, and experience in food distribution , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and motivate a team of 20-30 employees Drive productivity and Boxes Per Hour (BPH) Ensure safety, attendance, and timekeeping standards Oversee loading, unloading, shipping & receiving Manage daily warehouse operations and resolve issues Work with WMS and voice-picking systems What We're Looking For 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience Fluent/Bilingual English & Spanish Experience leading 20-30+ employees WMS and voice-picking experience Strong safety and warehouse operations background Food distribution experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $60,000 base salary Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 Up to $66,000 total annual compensation Paid training from Day One Medical, Dental & Vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield after 90 days Lead the team.
