Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a positive experience for our customers. Duties Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them with their car wash needs. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including janitorial duties to ensure a tidy environment. Inform customers about our different wash packages. Provide recommendations for additional services based on customer needs. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working with cleaning chemicals and equipment. Perform daily and weekly maintained tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Familiarity with car wash operations, detailing techniques, and buffing processes is a plus. Experience in cleaning or custodial roles can be beneficial. Transportation to and from work in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction.
