The Role We are seeking a Shift Lead to support both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient kitchen execution, food safety compliance, and strong team performance throughout every shift. The Lead serves as a role model for the team, helping train and coach employees, manage daily operations, and maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a developmental position with a clear path toward advancement into Store Manager or other leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Lead and support FOH and BOH team members through coaching, training, and positive leadership. Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionally. Ensure food quality, accuracy, and timely service. Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate operational needs. Promote teamwork, accountability, and compliance with company policies. What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a quick-service, fast-casual, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Previous leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for guest service and operational excellence.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:
