Description Hyatt Regency Lost Pines in in search of a dynamic and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for hospitality, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service. Open availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends is required, and candidates should be comfortable working in outdoors in all weather conditions. As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and oversight of our Food & Beverage outlets as needed, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee the efficient operation of F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Team Leadership:
Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service.
Customer Satisfaction:
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory, control stock, and minimize waste.
Event Coordination:

Requirements A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Prior serving and/or bartending experience as is a plus Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have open availability to be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification is required Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
