This is a full-time position averaging approximately 35-40 hours per week and will primarily consist of closing shifts. Our store closes at 2:00 a.m. Sunday-Thursday and 3:00 a.m. Friday-Saturday. Closing managers are expected to remain after closing as needed to complete closing responsibilities. Applicants must be comfortable and regularly available to work late nights. Occasional opening shifts may also be scheduled.

Responsibilities include:

Running shifts and directing crew members Providing excellent guest service Maintaining food quality and Marco's standards Ensuring food-safety and sanitation procedures are followed Preparing food and managing prep levels Managing labor and employee productivity Handling customer concerns Opening and closing the store Training and coaching employees Completing additional management responsibilities as needed Experience —

REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of restaurant supervisory/management experience Applicants without restaurant supervisory experience will not be considered for this position.

Requirements:

At least 18 years old Dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time Regular late-night and weekend availability Ability to work approximately 35-40 hours per week Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Manager food-safety certification, or ability to obtain required certification within 30 days Valid driver's license, state ID, or passport

Pay:

$11-$13/hour after training, depending on experience. Training pay is $10/hour or $2 below the agreed post-training rate, whichever is higher. Additional raises may be available based on performance, responsibilities, and continued store growth. We're a growing store, and I'm looking for someone who wants to help us continue building it.
