OF HOUSE MANAGER

Ready to lead the team and keep the floor running smoothly? We want YOU! We're looking for an experienced, motivated Front of House Manager to join our team. We need someone who can confidently lead staff, provide outstanding guest service, and keep things running efficiently during busy shifts.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily operations Manage servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Ensure excellent guest service and a welcoming atmosphere Monitor service, table rotation, and staff performance Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Help maintain restaurant standards for cleanliness, service, and teamwork Assist with opening and closing procedures Communicate effectively with staff and management Keep the team organized and moving during high-volume shifts

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and dependable Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold a team accountable Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed We're looking for someone who can step up, take charge, and be part of a team that takes pride in what we do.
