Director of Food & Beverage Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive health benefits Paid time off Retirement benefits Opportunity to lead the food & beverage operation of a historic private club Collaborative leadership team Long-term career growth within a respected club environment Director of Food & Beverage Requirements & Qualifications Previous Director of Food & Beverage, Clubhouse Manager, or senior Food & Beverage leadership experience Private club or luxury resort experience strongly preferred Proven leadership of multiple dining outlets, banquet operations, and member events Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and cost controls Demonstrated success developing service teams and creating accountability Experience partnering closely with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership Outstanding member and guest relationship skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and member events Director of Food & Beverage Preferred Background & Skills Private country club leadership Luxury hotel or resort food & beverage leadership Multi-outlet operations Banquets, weddings, tournaments, and member programming Wine and beverage knowledge Club event programming Service culture development Financial management and budgeting Visible, hands-on leadership style Stable career progression with strong tenure Additional Information This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and creating exceptional member experiences.
