Available Positions:

Pool Bar Supervisor, Team Lead & Counter Server/Food Runner, Counter Server/Food Runner Pool Bar Supervisor Pay:

$18 - $20 per hour, plus tips - Full time. The Pool Bar Supervisor will oversee daily operations and help ensure Drift delivers excellent food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Leading and supporting team members throughout each shift Providing friendly and professional guest service Overseeing opening and closing procedures Assigning positions and managing shift flow Ensuring food quality, ticket accuracy, and timely service Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assisting with inventory, ordering, and product organization Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care Training new team members and reinforcing company standards Communicating operational needs and concerns to hotel leadership Preferred qualifications: Previous restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality leadership experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and comfortable leading a team Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Team Lead and Counter Server/Food Runner Team Lead Role- Pay $15 per hour, plus tips. Counter Server/Food Runner Role- Pay $12 per hour, plus tips .

Team Lead responsibilities include:

Supporting the Supervisor with daily shift operations Assisting with opening and closing procedures Helping direct team members and maintain an organized workflow Supporting guest recovery and resolving minor concerns Reinforcing service, cleanliness, and food safety expectations Communicating team and operational needs to the Supervisor Counter Server/Food Runner responsibilities include: Greeting guests warmly and assisting with menu questions Accurately entering orders and processing payments Preparing beverages and organizing completed orders Running food to guests around the pool and dining areas Confirming order accuracy before delivery Restocking service supplies and maintaining a clean counter Assisting with dining area cleanliness and organization Working closely with the kitchen to support timely service

Counter Server/Food Runner Pay:

$12 per hour, plus tips.

Schedule:

Approximately 20 hours per week. The Counter Server/Food Runner will provide welcoming and efficient service while helping orders move smoothly from the counter and kitchen to our guests.

Primary responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and creating a friendly first impression Answering menu questions and making helpful recommendations Accurately taking orders and processing payments Preparing nonalcoholic beverages and organizing orders Delivering food to guests in the pool and dining areas Checking orders for accuracy and presentation Restocking supplies and maintaining a clean service area Assisting with general cleaning and side work Following all food safety and sanitation standards Why Join Drift?
