Join One of Texas' Premier Winery Teams Barons Creek Vineyards is seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Tasting Room Manager to lead our Georgetown tasting room. If you have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving sales, we'd love to meet you. Our tasting rooms are known for exceptional hospitality, beautiful wines, and a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like part of our family. As the Tasting Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations while inspiring your team to exceed sales goals and deliver outstanding service. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day tasting room operations. Recruit, train, coach, and develop an exceptional team. Create schedules, manage payroll, and oversee labor costs. Drive wine sales and Wine Club membership growth. Lead by example through active guest engagement and sales. Ensure every guest receives an exceptional and memorable experience. Maintain inventory and coordinate product ordering. Oversee opening and closing procedures. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards. Partner with leadership to execute promotions, events, and Wine Club pickup parties. Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth. Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture. What We're Looking For Previous management experience in hospitality, retail, winery, restaurant, or customer service. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for hospitality and guest service. Proven ability to drive sales and motivate a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Wine knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
