Will report directly to the stores General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating team activities, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Will lead a team of young women to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience. Track & Analyze goals. Update daily sales and customer count sheets. Look at trends and understand why they are going up, down or hitting our goals. Be ready to discuss with the ownership team. Keep the store Clean & Organized. Ensure the entire store is clean, this includes the boutique, party room, kitchen, bathroom and backroom. Be proud of organization and making sure everything has its place and is kept clean. Make sure opening and closing checklists are being completed and completed correctly. Always make sure the party room is set and looking dazzling. Remember most people have not seen the party room and it is magical the first time people see the room. Actively manage birthday parties. Know and understand birthday party schedules for every weekend. Make sure they are confirmed, encourage add-ons and encourage communication with each birthday girl's parents. Manage bookings calendar. New bookings come in everyday and change all the time so make sure the online and appointment books are synced. Holidays, festivals, etc need to be blocked. Do not let anything fall through the cracks. Watch out for 2 hour parties or extra 30 minutes (which we don't like to do) Open up team parties if there are no birthday party bookings 1 week in advance. Sell & communicate with customers. Genuinely greet and visit with each customer, make a point to find out what they need and want, learn more about them and make them feel comfortable in the store. Upsell and promote our services to all customers. Be proud of what we sell and shine with excitement while talking about our tea parties, birthday parties, and events. Lead by example. Show how many noble tea parties you can do and encourage teammates to meet or exceed your number. Set the bar high! Make sure the boutique is neat. All items in size order, all items have barcodes, all times have sizing, all items on the correct hangars. Make sure items are looking good on the hangar, steamed if necessary. Damages should be sent back to the warehouse. Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with employee training and development practices
