In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, preparing delicious food, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your culinary skills and quick thinking will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, mobile culinary environment where teamwork and enthusiasm drive success. Duties Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and swiftly Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, serving stations, and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, packaging, and bussing to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices throughout shifts Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or a quick service/fast food restaurant environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience working in a café, retail grocery store or similar environment is advantageous Reliable transportation to operate the mobile food truck location as needed Join us to bring delicious food directly to our community while enjoying a lively work environment that values your enthusiasm and dedication!
