This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in food preparation, restaurant management, and team supervision. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to ensure top-tier customer service Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and handle staffing needs including interviewing and onboarding new team members Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and front-of-house activities Control inventory levels through accurate stock management using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; oversee ordering and stock rotation Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at shift end Maintain high standards of food quality by supervising food production processes and ensuring proper food handling techniques Qualifications Proven experience in food industry management with a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in inventory control and food management software Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management roles in quick service or fine dining environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Strong organizational skills for shift management, staff training, and operational oversight Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and proper food handling procedures Experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel food service is a plus; culinary experience is highly valued Join our vibrant team where your leadership will inspire excellence!
