Food & Beverage Supervisor Crescent Hotels & Resorts life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Texas, Houston 5353 Westheimer Road (Show on map) May 05, 2026 Description DoubleTree Hotel by the Galleria is looking for an outgoing and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor that's passionate about delivering great service. If you have previous hotel food & beverage or restaurant supervisor experience, apply now!
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • At least two (2) years of hotel food & beverage or restaurant supervisor experience required
  • At least one (1) year bartending experience
  • Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours and lift/carry heavy trays weighting at least 25-30 pounds
  • Current TABC and Food Handler Certification Required Job Description:
  • Supervise food & beverage staff and communicate performance observations to the Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Assist with managing food & beverage operations for restaurant, lobby bar and in room delivery service
  • Be present in restaurant and lobby bar, engage with guests and give hands on support to food & beverage staff to ensure guests expectations are exceeded
  • Train new hires and ensure service delivery consistently meets performance requirements and exceeds guest expectations
  • Inspect restaurant and conduct walk throughs to ensure opening and closing duties are consistently practiced
  • Address and resolve guest concerns related to restaurant service and food and beverages
