Reports to:
Food & Beverage Manager Primary Purpose:
Comprehensive Supervision of Restaurant Operations. Coordinates and supervises all suite and banquet functions.
Responsibilities:
Develops weekly staff schedules and assignments Evaluates and adjusts staffing based on reservations and walk up traffic Coordinates and supervises all event functions including the setw up, actual event operation and break-down Hires, trains and supervises restaurant staff Procures needed supplies and equipment Conducts and executes an informative pre-shift staff meeting Performs inventory control functionsReceives customer feedback Reviews all function agreements in order to appropriately schedule staff. Posts weekly staff schedules. Assigns staff to events and locations and reviews all aspects of set-up prior to commencement of business. Coordinates and supervises all event functions including the set-up, actual event and break-down of all suites and catered parties in the rented rooms. Supervises staff during event and solicits customer comments. Prepares and presents bill to customer at completion of event. Orders supplies and equipment. Other responsibilities assigned by Food and Beverage Manager.

Education/Certjfication:
Minimum 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience. TABC certified.
Work Experience:
5 or more years similar work experience. Ability to speak, read and write English. Bilingual in Spanish helpful. Possess strong customer service, supervisory and communication skills.
