Front of House Service Director

Front of House Service Director is a strategic business leader who is responsible for leading the front of house service operations of the Club. They will maintain a high standard of excellence while promoting a service oriented and team-work driven culture. Day-to-Day Leads and ensures quality FOH service for all outlets at the Club including Member's restaurant & bar, snack bar, beverage carts and private events. Works with Executive Chef to develop FOH sales goals and marketing plans. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, while complying with legal regulations. Works with leadership team and Members to develop and implement Member activities and events. Trains and monitors FOH employees while evaluating their performance and productivity. Recruits, selects and develops FOH talent while maintaining a positive-performance driven work environment. Assists and contributes to the Club's team as needed to ensure operational excellence. About You 3+ years Front of house leadership position in a full service upscale casual dining environment. Private club or multi-outlet experience a definite plus. Demonstratable wine and spirits knowledge Strong written and oral communication skills Exceptional leadership skills - Self-motivated, strategic thinker, positive attitude Adaptable to change - can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media This job post is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
