PURPOSE :
Under the direction of the Timbers FOH Manager, the F&B Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to all levels of the Food & Beverage venue. This position will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train, and mentor Team Members in meeting company quality standards, ensuring ultimate guest services is obtained while keeping with Naskila Casino guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Assist F&B Manager with all aspects of the on-going management, training, development, and supervision of the F&B FOH operations. Coordinate and supervise all front of the house daily assigned activities their shift. Supervise Team Members on the proper instructions of food handling, cash handling, and work safety rules. Monitor product quality and ensure high level of guest service. Responsible for completing documentation of Team Member performance. Assist with the daily tracking of occurrences for all FOH Team Members utilizing the attendance tool. Mentor all front of house Team Members, ensuring all properly understand department etiquette, policy, and protocol. Adhere to the front of the house F&B Manual. Must have a knowledge and experience with presentation service etiquette for a casual, white tablecloth atmosphere. Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems with Point of Sale (POS) system. Responsible for supervising the opening, closing, and balancing of all accounting practices, as necessary. Generate Team Member schedules and verifies time and attendance. Responsible for the management of events from set-up to tear down, including handling all communication with Team Members and guests. Hands-on approach to serving times, touch the table(s), quality, and execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends. Analyzes shift activity for areas of efficiency or improvement. Seeks opportunity for innovation and upselling. Recommends services or product improvement to management. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED. Three (3) - five (5) years' experience in supervisory/management role in a restaurant environment or other relevant restaurant experience.
Skills and Abilities :
Ability to communicate with Team Members, management, and guests in a clear, professional, and respectful manner, which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. Ability to provide clear and concise reports. Excellent computer skills and abilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to calculate basic math functions, (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages) as they relate to POS cash/debit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory. Cash handling abilities.
