Onsite Warehouse HR Floor Supervisor Shift:

NOTE:
This position is 60-70% on floor with staff supervisory role, and 30-40% administrative from desk within the manufacturing designated office.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Onsite Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of temporary staff at a client warehouse facility. This role acts as the primary liaison between the client and J&T ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong workforce performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership, has strong technical, communication, and organizational skills, and is focused on client satisfaction and workforce productivity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage the growth and maturity of an onsite staffing account Supervise Onsite Leads and temporary workforce assigned to the client warehouse Ensure 100% compliance and fulfillment of client job orders Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction through quality oversight of temporary workers' performance Experience on addressing employee relations issues, disciplinary process, and knowledge of legal matters Collaborate with Staffing Supervisors to recruit, onboard, and train warehouse associates Work closely with the next level manager to implement work procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll and invoicing processes Generate and deliver client reports as requested by upper management Proactively suggest value-added services to support client retention and operational efficiency Use MS Office including Google Sheets/Excel, our proprietary Workforce Planning App, and our ATS system, TempWorks. We will train and goal of this role being a superuser on our App to support clients with training and support on the App. Provide support during client peak periods and cover staffing gaps as needed Work extended hours as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in warehouse operations or onsite staffing supervision required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to manage up to 60 staff, building morale, sharing goals, retention, disciplinary process, and resource for all questions Polished and professional individuals in demeanor, approach, and relationship building Great problem solvers and knowledge of employment laws and policy & procedures Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management systems is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
