Back of House Shift Leader:

Pay:

$18-22/hr (depends on availability & experience)

Full Time:

5-6 shifts per week

Working Hours:

Monday-Saturday 5:30am-11:00pm Open availability required (must be able to work a combination of day & night shifts) At least 1 year of kitchen or restaurant-specific experience strongly preferred Resume required

Back of House Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Manage all responsibilities in leading a team Work in all kitchen staff roles Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures Work in a fast paced, high energy environment with a great team Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy Take pride in your work! Doing things right & quickly with proper safety standards

The Ideal Crew Member:

Proven self-starter Capable and passionate about building relationships with team members & guests Detailed and observant Dependable and able to meet commitments Ability to make decisions quickly Resilient - able to handle setbacks Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for several hours)
