Position Summary:

To serve Nothing Bundt Cakes guests both in person and over the phone with creative solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Shift leads will decorate cakes, handle opening and closing duties, as well as guest service duties. Guest Service Representatives will also perform side work duties for the crafting department, some light cleaning, and some clerical duties as well as willing to cross train •

Work Hours:

15-30 hrs/week.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAY & SUNDAY AS WELL AS HOLIDAYS

Certain dates in February, May, November, and December will be "black out" dates where employees will be required to work. •
