19320 W Bellfort, Richmond, TX 77407 Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Team Member/Shift Lead to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, POS systems, and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred, along with excellent time management and sales skills. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations during shifts, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems for order processing, cashiering, and transaction handling
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with menu selections, upselling items, and addressing inquiries or concerns
• Manage cash handling accurately during shifts, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces
• Support team members, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service
• Assist in training new team members on food prep, POS operation, and customer service protocols
• Uphold food handling regulations and ensure all food safety procedures are followed diligently
• Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitude during shifts Requirements
• Prior experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is highly desirable but not required
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
• Proven sales ability with experience in upselling and customer engagement
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours including shifts that may include late nights and weekends as needed
