Auntie Anne's Shift Lead - Roller/Baker/Closer

• Auntie Anne's is looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Lead who can confidently roll, bake, and close the store. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support Team Members during assigned shifts
• Roll, twist, bake, and prepare pretzel products according to Auntie Anne's standards
• Keep the display case fresh, full, and properly stocked
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service
• Monitor product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Complete nightly cleaning and closing procedures
• Complete closing and cash-handling responsibilities accurately
• Make sure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next day What We're Looking For
• Strong food prep or baking skills or willingness to become fully trained
• Reliable and dependable, especially for scheduled closing shifts
• Positive attitude with strong customer-service skills
• Previous food-service or leadership experience preferred Schedule This position is primarily for evening and closing shifts, Tuesday-Friday 4:00-9:00 What We Offer
