This is more than a shift lead job. It's the first step on a real career path, with the potential to move into an Assistant Manager role as you grow with us.

Pay:

$12 - $13 per hour, based on experience What You'll Do Lead your shift and keep the team motivated, focused, and having fun Delegate tasks and make sure every station is running smoothly Make sure every pizza, sub, salad, and wing order goes out hot, fresh, and right Deliver great customer service and turn any problem into a happy customer Jump in and help on the line, at the register, or on delivery handoffs when needed Train and coach new team members to help them succeed Handle opening or closing duties, including cash handling and cleanup Keep the store clean, safe, and up to standard Work closely with the General Manager to hit goals for service, quality, and sales What We're Looking For A positive, can-do attitude and a love of working with people Someone dependable who shows up and sets the example Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a team Availability for evenings and weekends, including some closing shifts Age 18 or older Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
