Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our hospitality venues. This energetic role is perfect for a motivated professional passionate about food service management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. As a key player in our operations, you'll oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure food safety standards are met, and inspire your team to excel in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and managerial expertise will help create memorable moments for our guests while driving operational excellence. Duties Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality guest experiences Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold service standards, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen management Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures to foster a skilled team Assist with shift management by coordinating schedules, resolving guest concerns promptly, and supporting team members as needed Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling required Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams; previous supervising or assistant manager experience preferred Knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry regulations Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, training & development, and team leadership Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting, P&L analysis, and inventory control Experience in managing hospitality teams within a restaurant or catering environment is highly desirable Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding food experiences! Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
