Overview We're looking for established fine dining servers to join our team. as a Server and be at the heart of an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will be the trusted and welcoming face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Your class and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our guests, whether they're enjoying a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion. This position offers a vibrant environment where your food and wine knowledge, sales skills, and hospitality expertise will shine. As an integral member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer relations, and restaurant operations while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Advise on wine pairings, curate wine and food pairing recommendations Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining atmosphere Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Support team members with basic math for cash handling and billing accuracy Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Previous upscale/fine dining restaurant experience essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Knowledge of food industry standards including serving etiquette, upselling techniques, and guest engagement Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks are essential
