Develop menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of residents. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Control inventory and manage food costs effectively. Qualifications Excellent cook experienced in using herbs & spices to tantalize taste buds Proven experience in food service management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
