Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Food and Beverage based in Moab, UT. The Director of Food and Beverage will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to high service standards. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, leading and training the team, and ensuring compliance with the budget and financial goals. This position requires strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications Proven expertise in Food & Beverage and Food Service to manage and oversee day-to-day operations. Strong focus on delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction through attention to detail and high service standards. Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and financial management to drive the fiscal performance of food and beverage operations. Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills to guide and develop a high-performing team. Ability to ensure compliance with legal, safety, and hygiene standards. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred. Prior management experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
