Arlington, VA 22203 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages or overstock. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions. Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff schedules. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus. Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is desirable.
