Job Requirements Arlington, VA Top Secret/SCI Polygraph not specified Early Career (2+ yrs experience) $110,000 - $135,000 Job Description Required Skills & Experience Active TS/SCI Security Clearance Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Windows or Linux server environments (or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training) Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) Experience leading an operations team or serving as a senior escalation point Strong incident management, triage, escalation, and resolution experience Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or similar Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching Nice to Have Skills & Experience Prior experience supporting DISA and DISA mission partners Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Previous shift lead or team lead experience in a DoD, military, cleared NOC, or SOC environment Experience creating or improving SOPs, operational playbooks, and escalation procedures Experience identifying operational trends and driving process improvements Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Network Operations Shift Lead (3rd Shift) to sit in Arlington, VA.
