This position focuses on the daily operations of the Front of House through effective leadership, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Front of House Leaders work together with the Operations Leader, Operations Director, and the Kitchen Director, to ensure operational excellence. Operations Leaders are supported by the Talent Director, Training Director, Finance Director, Marketing Directors, and the Owner-Operator. More importantly, an outstanding Kitchen Leader candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, hard-working and friendly to ensure that the guests are fully satisfied. Daily responsibilities of a Front of House Shift Leader include: Opening or Closing the Restaurant Guest compliments and complaints Encouraging, Coaching, and Leading Team Members working during your shift Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations Financial Stewardship management through Food Cost, Labor Cost and Repairs & Maintenance Identifying and relieving bottlenecks in operations
