Job Description

Job Title:
Food Service Supervisor A clean background for the past 7 years is required for this position. We are currently hiring an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and support the team in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and able to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations and staff. Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality and safety standards. Monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily assignments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining, and service areas. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor food and supply inventory and help control waste and costs. Assist with scheduling, training, and directing food service staff. Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate records and complete required reports. Ensure an efficient and cost-effective food service program. Assist with food preparation and service operations as needed.
Requirements:
Previous food service or supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to read, write, and understand verbal instructions. Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year of employment. Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient and cost-effective food service program. Ability to perform basic arithmetic. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable transportation and punctuality required. Flexible availability is a plus.
Pay rate:
