This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences. As a Shift Supervisors, you'll help manage front-of-house operations, guide team members during service, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution. We offer hands-on training in tea service, mixology, and hospitality leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and support front-of-house staff during shifts Ensure excellent guest service and overall customer experience Assist with opening and closing procedures Support team training and day-to-day coaching Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Monitor workflow and assist with shift coordination Serve tea-based cocktails, beverages, and food as needed Assist with inventory restocking and operational tasks What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Reliable availability, including Fridays and weekends Comfortable handling customer concerns professionally Must be at least 21 years old Hours Weekend availability is required Flexible scheduling throughout the week Must be available for 30-40 hours per week Shifts range from 8-12 hours depending on business needs Training 1-2 weeks of paid training at a reduced training rate based on performance What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Tea sommelier and mixology training Leadership and growth opportunities within an expanding concept A chance to help shape something special from day one Supportive and team-focused work environment
