Job Summary We're on the lookout for friendly, energetic Crew Members to join our team at Jersey Mikes. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to company standards, including slicing meats and cheeses and assembling sandwiches. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Take customer orders with a friendly attitude, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu options and dietary needs. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, POS systems like Aloha or Micros, and customer service. Pay:

$13.50 - $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 - 40.0 per week
