In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality, and manage a team of talented kitchen staff. Your leadership will drive efficient food production, maintain inventory control, and uphold the standards of fine dining and catering services. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely and quality service Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and controlling food costs to optimize efficiency Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen activities Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to execute events seamlessly while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and address any operational issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications Proven experience in food production, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with a focus on kitchen supervision Strong background in Banquet and Breakfast experience Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work culture Knowledge of inventory control, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations (such as HACCP) Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning Experience managing kitchen operations during shifts with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality assurance and customer service excellence Join us as a Kitchen Supervisor where your culinary expertise and leadership will inspire excellence in every plate served.
