At Folino's Pizza, our mission is to create the highest quality pizza, crafted with care, precision, and consistency. We are looking for a Shift Leader who shares dedication to quality and can lead our team to success on the floor every day. This position is a full-time position and not ideal for an active student. As a Shift Leader, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. Reporting under the General Manager, you will maintain a strong, hands-on presence with our team. You will lead by example, fostering a high-performing team environment while keeping a sharp eye on product quality and customer satisfaction. The right candidate will be trained as staff member first and foremost, then the job responsibilities as a Shift Leader will be as follows: Maintain our standards of excellence by ensuring all food safety, sanitary procedures, recipes, and systems are strictly followed. Serve as an expert across all restaurant roles. Direct, position, and cross-train staff members based on shifting business volumes and resolve minor performance or staffing issues on the fly.
The Shift Flow:
Opening:
Set up lines and dining rooms, audit checklists, verify inventory deliveries using FIFO, and manage early-shift logistics.
Mid-Shift:
Ensure employees are adhering to uniform, break, and meal policies while managing smooth station handoffs.
Closing:
Oversee thorough restaurant walkthroughs, manage restocking lists for the next day, count the cash drawer, process deposits, handle ticket voids, and complete the Manager's Log.
Who You Are:
Experience:
2-3 years restaurant experience.
Industry Knowledge:
An understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety regulations, etc
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to "speak up," give constructive training feedback, and handle customer service issues gracefully.
Tech Savvy:
Basic proficiency with computer software, POS systems, and third-party delivery applications.
Availability:
Flexibility to work full shifts in-service at scheduled positions, including availability for peak business windows and weekends.

Customer Service Excellence Problem-Solving & Live Decision-Making Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills Pay:
$24.00 - $26.50 per hour
