Seeking Kitchen Lead. High Volume Experience Required. What you will do as a Leader on our
Team:
Coach, mentor, and elevate those around you Maintain overall BOH cleanliness & order/rotation of all inventory Lead shifts including problem-solving, schedule troubleshooting, and planning Ensure that all operational & health standards are maintained Partner with FOH staff to deliver exceptional guest experience
Candidate Requirements:
1+ years of leadership or related experience Ability to communicate well and be reachable Open and flexible schedule (weekends required) WA State ServeSafe Certification / Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Experience with writing prep/check lists and oversight of execution Offered to you: Simple Plan IRA with employer contribution Referral program Steady hours Paid sick leave Free meal each shift (shift meal program) Tip bonus offered
